Hi Expert :
the MD04 propose to us some planned order for some packed Finished product later the planner convert them to process order in some way we have one process order for each day .
the quantity of process order is calculated to satisfy the demand of Each day meaning each day we have a diffrent quantity .
in other side the local rule for warehouse : Batch can't exceed 27 Ton meaning if i have to produce 60ton i should have 3 batch ( 27+27+6 ) intead i have only one process order .
my question which parameters i should change in some how to have 3 process order limited each 27 Ton from MD04 intead of 1 process order with 60ton
Thank you very much
Hi,
Maintain maximum lot size as 27 in material master in MRP 1 View for the finished product then when you run MRP all your planned orders will be created up to 27 or less than that based on the requirement. With this you can meet your requirement.
Hope this helps..
Thanks
Kumar

We did the same thing currently we use : Lot-for-lot order quantity in lot size but something somewhere it didn't work because i still receiving one process order instead of 3 parallele process order with maximum quantity of 27 Ton

Khalid,
Try with Partial conversion of Planned order to Process order in COR7 for Required quantity.
