Getting error message no. KH488. How to delete a report in FSI3?

Dear Experts

For drilldown reporting, I have developed a form (FSI4) and linked it to Report (FSI1) which is a standard procedure. May be because of some error in report I am getting below error;

Global variable & has been deleted

Message no. KH488

Diagnosis

Global variable & has been deleted.

Procedure

Modify the report or form so that it no longer uses global variable &.

My form is free of error. Now I want to delete this report so that I can link my form to a new report. When I try to delete the report from menu (Drilldown Report--> Delete) ,I am not able to delete the report and getting above message.

Please help.

    Hi Syed,

    The error message KH488 is normally caused due to inconsistencies.

    It is very difficult to analyse why the report has become inconsistent.

    The report cannot be repaired either. You could try to recreate the report.

    The form should be OK. So if you still need the report you can recreate it based on the existing form.
