hi
Can anyone please tell me variable represents constant at bex
Hi,
A variable doesn't mean a constant. You can use either a constant or a variable.
The difference is in the way you assign a value to.
If you want to use one exact value (or value ranges) that stay the same while the program runs you use a constant. The values are so called hardcoded in the program.
In BEx : Restrict/single values or value ranges.
In case of variable the value can be changed while the program runs. The user can change it.
In BEx: Restrict/variables.
