changes not reflecting after transport request moved to quality server

Hi all,

I have made changes in program ZJML0120. In include ZJML0121, i have added declarations and in include ZJML0123, my logic as per the requirement.

when i transported the request, only changes in ZJML0123 appeared in quality server and not the declarations.

So again, i have created new transport request for ZJML0121 and moved.. again changes does not appear.

Please guide.

    Hi,

Did you check and activate all objects before transporting?

Did you check for errors in the transport log?

    cheers

    Hi Gopi,

    1. Check whether any error occurred during Importing the TR in QAS System.
    2. Also check the version management of the below programs in Dev and QAS system
      • ZJML0121
      • ZJML0123
      • ZJML0120

    Note:

During the TR movement, make sure all the objects are included also if required merge the existing TR, which may resolve the inconsistencies.

Did you add an INCLUDE statements in main program, and if yes, did you also transport the main program.

Did you check transport logs, are there original objects, unconfirmed repairs, wrong order of imports ?

NB: Don't worry on "lost versions" in target system, ususally version are not transported so you only see last version.

    Regards,

    Raymond
