Need Solution for S_AHR_61016380

Hi ,

I have one issue in which i am having users from UK&Ireland whenever they run this transaction S_AHR_61016380 they can able to see only UK and Ireland related data and log but they can see employees who are from out side of UK & Ireland also.

How to fix this issue. This is Abap HCM issue but if it needs to fix then it is from abap side any code need or Authorization side?

Please suggest solution.
