I need to exact query to find the name of all reports that are scheduled onSunady from 2p.m to 10p.m. Is it possible? Could someone give me the syntax?

Other than this if auditing is available you can use activity universe to create a report based on same.

go to the CMC and than the instance manager.
uner the list you can filter your reports. The the status to "recussing" and select the "next run time" to your time period.
Additional filters can be the owner oder the object type
