Error #2302 while Opening Dashboard in BI Launch Pad

Hi Friends,

I am really fed with Error #2302.

I am getting this error while opening the Dashboard in BI launch pad and in the Preview mode as well.

And when i open dashboard in the launchpad i am getting an error like "Query Result Error".

Sometimes the dashboard is running but i cant see any data except in few graphs.

I don't know whether its a flash player issue or my dashboard issue.

Please help me guys.
