Reference key 1 (XREF1) field not appearing

Hello Experts,

I am capturing one data in customer transactions in reference key 1. However, XREF1 field (Reference Key 1) is not appearing in TCode F-49 (Noted Item)

Please help me, how can I get the XREF1 field in noted item. My field status group for GL and posting key for XREF1 is "optional"

    Hi Meena,

    Please check FSG of posting key, Ref key field may be suppressed else check in more data tab( if available).

    Hi

    please open T-code OB41 and check the field status group for the posting key you use for F-49 .. double click on it and change the field for reference key from surpass to optional /mandatory as your need.

    and also reference key 1&2&3 found under additional data tab in the posting screen ..

    Dear Former Member and @Mahmoud Elnady,

    First of all I would like to say you both that he has already written "My field status group for GL and posting key for XREF1 is "optional"

    So I don't think he would need to do anything in OB41.

    And secondly, Have you guys tested that, can you able to see the XREF1 in F-49 after making the field as optional / mandatory from OB41 - Posting key ?

    Hi,

    Please note this is controlled by field status groups.

    XEREF1 (reference 1) filed might be suppressed for the GL accounts you are searching.

    Check so the FSG (fiels status group) of the account.
