Customer Service for plant maintenance

One of my company department named as "Tool Room" provide maintenance service to the sister company and external companies.

This department receive equipment for maintenance from the sister company and external company, after repair maintenance cost is bill to them.

My question Depot Repair is applicable for this scenario or Customer Services.
