ESS Home page error CL_FPM_GUIBB_FEEDER_FACTORY===CP

Hi Experts,

we are in portal 7.4 , ECC 6.0 EHP7. We are getting ESS home error as below,

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Syntax error in program CL_FPM_GUIBB_FEEDER_FACTORY===CP . (termination: RABAX_STATE)

ST22 dump shows as below

    Where occour this error ?

    Are using NWBC or Portal ?

      Hi Wilman,

      Thanks for your quick response.

      We are using Portal to access ESS. two days back ESS home screen is working fine and now it is through above mentioned error.

      I Gone through the notes, it seems both are not applicable.

    can you check the source code from where its occurring? most likely a Z one? Please check: - If the configuration exists - And if there is a valid feeder class entered in this configuration

    You have to raise the OSS message, SAP will provide the fix for you. We will not be able to address this issue and also we should not.
