How to check a portal log for a particular user

I am facing the problem. could anyone please help me.

when the user is trying to login to the portal, it is giving the error as below

PORTAL RUN TIME ERROR

AN EXCEPTION OCCURRED WHILE PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST. SEND THE EXCEPTION ID TO PORTAL ADMINISTRATOR

EXCEPTION ID:XXXXXXX

SEE LOG FILE FOR DETAILS ABOUT THIS EXCEPTION


i have checked the portal but i found lot of logs. how can i search for a particular user.

i would be very thankful if anyone can provide me with screen shots.


anyone please help me

      i checked regarding the user in log viewer in nwa.i cant find any log related to user. is there any other way that a portal admin can SEE LOG FILE FOR DETAILS ABOUT THIS EXCEPTION

      entered into nwa--->my workspace--->log viewer---> overiew

    You can refer also to the LogWatch tool which can ease the work and see only relevant logs:
