Main section of the system:-

2.Customer Order History.
3. Sales order processing.
4. Price Book (product and price master data).
5. Pricing Analysis.
6. Pricing Reports.
7. Sales Conditions. (consists of differen formulas and customized condition for discoun, surcharge, tax, freight and all that finalize the price of a product).
8. Sales order for Customer Service (Fast sales order creation for faster sales).
9. Return Material Authentication Process.
10. End of Day process.
11. Sales Forecasting.

Indranil,

What exactly are you looking for?

You have divided the diagram into 3 parts - Pricing, Customer and Optional.

In Optional, you have Returns, in this too you would need pricing. In all processes, you would need pricing.

What about material masters? and their sales related views?

What about revenue account determination?

Apart from Sales documents, we would also need delivery and billing. What about these?

Hi TW Typewriter,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I need the pricing section mainly.

1. How the conditions are created(Auto generated Conditions and User Generated),

2. How this conditions are accessed through Access Sequences. How to Implement them?

3. After the conditions are accessed how it will show in pricing of Sales Order.

Thanks a lot.

Indranil,

These questions will be answered when you read the theory about pricing.

1. VK11 - manual creation of condition records (master data)

2. Read pricing configuration

3. In sales order, Tab Conditions - both header and item level. For more detail button "analysis"
