Hi,
Pictures taken with some mobile devices are always rejected when users send them from their mobile to expenses@myXXXXXX.mail.travel.ondemand.com.
File extension (.jpg) and file size are correct. The issue is not related to the subject of the email. It has been validated.
What could cause the issue and how to fix it? Why does it work with some mobile devices and not with others?

Hi Olivier,
the system does not only check size and file extension but also the mime-type of the attachment. The mime-type is determined when you attach a file to an e-mail, i.e. a file might be accepted for one user but not for another one.
Please create an incident, so we can have a look at the issue.
