Determine multiple TOs created for one TR line Item

Hi All,

Please help me with below scenario.

I am designing a report for my Client where the requirement is to list all the open and closed TOs for a TR line item.

I am only able to see the latest TO in LTBP table TANUM field. But I need to know all the TOs created for this TR line item. Please advise.

Thanks in advance.

you are right in the LTBP -TANUM system always store the last tranfer order number, not sure about your business scenario but if you are creating only one TO for a TR line item then you can go ahead with the approach of taking the LTBP-TANUM against the individual LTBP-TBNUM or else if you are creating multiple transfer order for the same TR line item then you need to pick the value from the LTBK and search the correcponding TO number using the TANUM in LTAK once that is obtained then you can find the TR line item (TBPOS) detail from LTAP agains the TO

Thanks for you response manish. When you say "you need to pick the value from the LTBK and search the correcponding TO number using the TANUM in LTAK once that is obtained then you can find the TR line item (TBPOS) detail from LTAP agains the TO"

Can you please elaborate more clearly. which value should i pick?

since you did not mentioned what are the selection criteria for selection of TR i hope on the selection screen u will  find

based on selection criteria you select No of TR from LTBK along with TR Number & TR Line item number TBPOS

Find the TANUM from LTAK against the LTBK-TR Number (this will ensure that you are picking all the TRANSFER order against the TR number)

Once the LTAK-TANUM is obtained then link this with LTAP-TANUM and TBPOS(which is TR line item number)

Hope it is clear now
