Crystal Reports 2011

We purchased several keys for stand alone versions for Crystal Reports 2011. One of the computers crashed and we are attempting to reinstall the application, but we keep getting an error message which says "no previous version of the application found". What is the problem here? Also, do we need to install the Crystal Report Runtime for 64 bit in order for this work properly? When I initially installed this, there was a problem so I don't know why we are getting this message.

    Do a complete uninstall first then right click on the setup.exe and select Run as Administrator
