List parameters settings of Metrics

Hi,

exists somewhere parameters documentation of metrics? I mean what can I put to the Collector Input Parameters? Can I use wildcard "*" in some cases? For example in tRFC destination definitely not, but I had to figure it out by myself and spent a lot of time with it. Sometimes we need to create customer metrics and change it.

For example metric Used Log Space is incorrectly set in standard by SAP!

Until you create a custom template from the SAP provided ones you won't be able to make any changes to the metric collections.

If you click on that Oracle one as an example and click the Edit button and the Change settings button (even though it doesn't look like a button above description column) you should be able to modify some metrics/values to fit your needs.  Worse case duplicate the metric and don't collect the one delivered with SAP.

Sorry Billy, but you don't understant me. I know standard procedure how to copy default template and create custom metrics and so on.

I want to know what and how can I write to the parameter value. For this reason i need a documentation.

Hit the change settings button, if that metric allows for changes you can change the value; if it doesn't then you need to duplicate the metric and keep the checkbox for Configure.

Yes I know, but i need help documentation, because I don't know If I can put "bla_bla_*" or I have to put precise string.

Simply - give me URL link, where I can find Parameter description, or answer me, documentation doesn't exist, You are out of luck dude.
