We sometimes experience an error when we do a platform search in CMC or BI Launchpad. “The system could not perform some actions”.
We can’t find any entries in logfiles related to this message. Does anyone have experience with this message? How do we investigate and solve this this error? A decent error code would be nice...

Update on solution:
We applied more memory to the platofme search process. We also scheduled our index search instead of continuous crawling and increased the duration period from standard 30 to 60 min.
These steps seems to have solved our search issue.
