Automatic Task list Selection for type 2 and Q in Process order

Hi PP and QM experts!

I am working on the below scenario,  Need your expertise.

Using Material Specification is essential with batch management,

QM view of Material masters defines inspection with task list and inspection with material spec.

Class characteristics and MICs have been defined but reference links are broken and new specs entered into Master Recipe and Insp. Plan

Normal merging of characteristics is replaced by copying and that is the root cause of Issue, Some characteristics are in Lot twice (e.g., AlcV)

Reference links are broken and new specs entered into Master Recipe and Insp. Plan

The specs differ for North Production site and South production site for these several characteristics

Two valid plans exist because they are Plant-specific (only one Plant have two production sites like north and south)

Automatic Insp. Plan selection requires finding a single valid plan

Excess characteristics resulting from Issue are being selected in some cases, showing Material Specification values rather than the expected task list specifications, Selection variants are appropriate.

This issue has been resolved by applying user exit in the Quality inspection programs.
