System Status is set to I1391 = N2BE = Not to be Executed.

Hi,

I've installed standard Workflow for Charm.

By executing I get system status I1391 = N2BE = Not to be executed.

And the WF process stops.

It's like the description as given in www.scn.sap.com/thread/3455875

What I can't understand is where this System status is set.

Of course I can as suggested forcely set the status with FM CRM_STATUS_CHANGE_FOR_ACTIV_OW.

However is it possible to use standard workflow without this system setting?

And how to eliminate then the status setting to I1391?

Regards,

Alex Koopman

Hi,

Well in the status profile for your change transaction in customizing the user status and system status is set.

However ususally in you action profile and action conditions you control when the transaction should transition to another status.

I would suggest to ask your local solution manager / CRM consultant to understand when and why the change request changes statuses.

Kind regards, Rob Dielemans

Hi Rob,

That's where the problem is: CRM programmers don't know where the status I1391 is set.

Me neither as functional  consultant.

Hope someone  knows ....

Alex

Hi,

I'm not on a crm system at the moment, but what does the action log say? you should check the one from CRMD_ORDER in SAP Gui not in web ui, )

Statuses can only be set from an action, manual or from a change in the follow up transaction.

Or of course from a function module (badi/workflow, etc).

Kind regards, Rob Dielemans
