Logo not displaying in web reports

Hi Team,

Recently we have created some web templates in dev and moved them to qa. The transports are successful.The issue is logo is not displaying when we did export to pdf and export to MS Excel.

All these reports are based on portal.The portal is on 7.31 SP 10.

Hi,

Please, check if the table RSADMIN has the following object and the value: RSWR_EXPORT_INTERNAL_ITEM  =  X If does not have, please maintain on this table. You can use the report SAP_RSADMIN_MAINTAIN to maintain the parameter above. Also please check the note:
2057789.

Please apply the latest java patch of your java SP. May be it should resolved.

Can you please check what is the Patch Level applied to SP of BI Java(7.31) components: BI-BASE-B, BI-BASE-E, BI-BASE-S, BI-IBC and BIWEBAPP. If the Patch Level is 0, please note

that Patch Level 0 is not supported for BI Java(7.31) components as per

the following SAP KBA Note:

1899396 - Patch Level 0 for BI Java Installation - Detailed Information

Please note that this SAP KBA Note 1899396  provides the compatible SP and Patch Level to be applied for BI Java components based on the SPS level applied to ABAP stack and Java stack.

Also, please refer the following SAP Note:

1645590 - Java/Server SPs dependencies (and SupportDeskTool)

Also, if you are applying any Patch Level for the SP of BI Java(7.31) components, please restart

the Java server and check whether it helps you.
