This option will not give you Schedule option. Only Run Now.

You can create a object package: As folows:

CMC -> Right Click  on a Folder>New> Object Package

Select the Reports -> Organize

Copy to

Select the Object package and click on Copy

Now, you can schedule the Object Package by right clicking on it.

Hello Bona,

You have two option.

  1. select multiple report and then right click and run now but in this option it will be difficult to select reports from different folders.
  2. You can create publication and insert reports which you want to schedule. In publication you can select recurrence as daily monthly weekly etc.

Hi,

Create a publication with the required WebI reports as source documents and schedule the publication.

Thanks,

Hi Rao,

There are 3 ways you can do this.

1. From CMC you can directly select multiple report and right click Run Now.

2. Create a Object Package and add report to them and schedule the object package.

3. Using BO SDK,
