Issue While creating folders in KM Navigation Iview in Portal

Hi All,

We have created folders in DMSRMDynamicfolder by creating Variants in CV01n t-code.

So when we access KM navigation iview we are able to view those folders in portal.

Now our requirement is to create subfolders in those folders.

We are not getting option to create New Folder when we clicked on context menu of the folders.

Please let us know how to create subfolders.

Hi Ravi,

You should check the permissions on the folder and ensure that the user you are using has the rights to write there.
