We use the crm_ui service desk applications for incident and service request management.
For each transaction type, we have defined an action profile.
in our action profile, we say: if the status of an incident equals "proposed solution", we send an email using a smartforms form to the incident-reporter.
This works, but the original setup was done in Solman 7.0 by someone else. We want to change the e-mail sender and e-mail subject but don't know how.
