ERP Customer create change request VS Lean Customer create change request

Hi,

What is the main difference between for ERP Customer VS Lean Customer Create CR?.

Can both co exist in the same instance.

Can any one provide link to the documentation. ( We did some resrach, but could not find satisfactory help/documentation).

Hi Ramesh,

not sure if I understood correctly your question. I think you are talking about different UIs, correct?

If this is the case, in my knowledge, the main difference is that the Lean Customer UI allows you to enter only a single "Company Code" and only a single "Sales Area" per customer; instead the ERP Customer Like UI allows to specify multiple records "Company Code" and "Sales Area" within the same Customer.

Additionally, as you can imagine, the Lean Customer UI contains less "sections" (by default several UIBBs are hidden) than the ERP like UI.

Hi Ramesh,

yes it's possible. You can - for example - create a new CR type that uses a Rule Based Workflow and configure the CR properties in order to utilize the lean UI for every WF step.

Generally this request is used for field level people means (Customer Lean Request) .

From  Customers site also he can use for creation of Customer simply providing minimun data in it (General data of Customer Like Address, Bank details) alone with Organizanal name ( One Company code and One sales Area without any details) by Mobile app or tab app with SAP Fiori. After sumbition it came to Master Data Steward so that He can populate all required fields along with relevant fields and then send for approval of Master Data Spealist.
