Clear Comments not working

I added the package clear comments

CPMB/CLEARCOMMENTS

The package rune with succes but nothing is cleared in the comments table

I found OSS NOTE mentionned : Select NO to DO YOU WANT TO CLEAR COMMENTS ASSOCIATED TO DATA REGION

Is not working ...do I missed something ???

BPC version? Core BPC SP level?
