Export to MicrosiftExcel in Bex issue

Hi gurus,

When we export report from Bex-7.x portal to excel we are facing alignment issues after installing office 365(Office-2013). Before this export was working fine with office 2010.Now while export, report is getting but some times the key figure columns are getting pushed to the top cells where the report header are place.But some times it is working fine for the same reports. Pictures of with proper alignment and without proper alignment are attached. We have tried everything available in web.We have installed latest patch from SAP and latest java version and latest .Net frame work.

Please suggest any valuable suggestions.

Note:versions using

Operating s/ms used - windows 7 and windows 8 professional

SAP gui 7.4 SP01

BW 7.3 SP 11

Excel 2013(15.0.4631.1000) 32 bit part of office 365 pro plus

    Hi,

    Please apply the latest FEP patch and check the issue is occur or not?

    Let me know your ABAP and Java Stack patch information.
