System Availablity and System performance data is in red status

Hello Experts,

I have configured system monitoring for SAP systems in our landscape.I am using dashboard functionality of Solman 7.1 to show System Availability and System performance data .The output on graph is very disappointing as I can see a large section of graph is showing data unavailable (grey) and error (red) state.On double click on availability graph it further shows ABAP Message server http availability graph as completely red (refer screen shot). Can any one let me know the reason for such out put and how can I resolve it?
