Status Authorization in BPS Status and Tracking

Hello all,

Is it possible to restrict by user which statuses are available in STS? In our installation, any user who accesses the STS web interface can open any subplan and update the status to any status (Set for Processing, Send for Approval, Approve, Back to Revision, or Set to Review). For example, we would want some users to only be able to change the status to Set for Processing or Send for Approval.
