Update Diagnostics Agent

Hello togheter!

I've installed the newest SAP DC Kernal 7.41 PL 100 (Linux on x86_64 64bit).

In addition the Diagnostics Agent and the SAP Host Agent.

Now i upgraded the SAP Host Agent successfully from patch 190 to 198, thats fine (./saphostexec -upgrade).

For the Diagnostics Agent SAP hast released the patch 7.42.1.

How can i check the version of the Diagnostics Agent?

Is it the first row in the file dev_amdagent?

Do I need to uninstall the current Diagnostics Agent and install 7.42.1?

Does it affect the kernel?

Im quite new in the SAP-world.
