Transform Urgent Change to Normal Change ?

Hello,

One of my customer have create a urgent change but it's actually a normal change.

How can I convert a urgent change to a normal change ?

    Hello,

    I think it is easier to close the normal change and create an Urgent Change later.

    Hi Marc,

    since SAP has different transaction type or workflows for urgent and normal correction you can't convert them.

    therefore if it is triggered wrongly just Withraw the Urgent correction or cancel it for Urgent change.

    further in the same change request or RfC you can use the Extend Scope option to create a new Normal Correction because it is not required to again create RfC from beginning.
