FM/BAPI to update the fields of unconfirmed TO

Hi Experts,

I have old unconfirmed transfer orders in the system which are created with respect to outbound delivery and outbound delivery is later deleted. Now system is not allowing to confirm / cancel the TO as the delivery is deleted.

Can you please suggest any FM/BAPI which would update the fields in the transfer order so that we can clear the delivery number from TO ?
