How to track confirmed quantity for the sales order

Dear All,

I have an requirement that user wants to track the confirmed qty for a sales order/material.

Example:

Day1: Stock for material M999 is 60 qty, sales order 10003456 created for 100 qty, (1st time) 60 qty confirmed and delivery20001123 created for 60 qty.

Day2: Stock came for material M999 is 10 qty, after re-availability check(back order processing) for the sales order 10003456, (2nd time) 10 qty got confirmed and delivery 20001124 created for 10 qty.

Day3: Stock came for material M999 is 30 qty, after re-availability check(back order processing) for the sales order 10003456,(3rd time) 30 qty got confirmed and delivery 20001125 created for 30 qty.

Now the user wants to track the confirmed qty for 1st time, with 24 hours then within 72 hours for a sales order/material.
