Business Role Mitigation in GRC 10.1

Hi All,

I have created a business role in GRC and included 2 technical roles from ECC.

I have mitigated this role in GRC. But if i submit this role through Access request for a new user ID , it still shows the violations.

Am i missing any configuration.

Do i need tag Business as Logical group and add connectors (or) just leave it blank . I tried this option as well but doesnt work.

please help.
