Capacity list is blank in Resource

Hi Experts,

I CIFed work centers from ECC to APO .When I go and see in /SAPAPO/RES01,under time continuous tab,The capacity list has no time stream in it .Its completely blank.I checked the configuration and I see the ND-APO and NDI checked.
