Criteria and Criteria group

Hi,

I am not able to understand the concept and use of criteria group and criteria.I have gone through many links and stuck up at one sentence that is The SAP system transfers the properties of the reference object to the mentioned free enhancement. What properties is it focusing about and what does it mean transferring them. I am new to this module and pls help me to understand it.

It would be a great help if anyone can guide me with screenshots as where criteria and criteria group is used.It will be easy to visualize.

Thanks

Pushyami

Hi! Criteria is endpoint. Criteria group can consist of criteria or criteria group.

Free enhancement can be placed for example in criteria group, but reference element for it will be criteria. And reference element can have properties: name, description, columns and so on.

After creating new free element system copy (or create) new element in appraisal document from reference element.
