Data in use error after pressing shortcut key

Hi,

A user is experiencing an issue in which she receive a "data in use" error when trying to access a inventory detail report in the inventory module of B1. The user has a shortcut button setup (F2) which opens this report. I have had some issues with Fourth Shift (see my previous post about blocked sessions). However, I am not receiving any blocked session errors currently. This seems to be more B1 related.

Any thoughts?

Nagarajan,

I will try to post a screen shot, however all it does is produce a "red bar" on the bottom of the screen that says "data in use".
