Is possible to Integrate SAP Contact Center with BMC Remedy?

At present in the sales department, we are using SAP BCM Contact Center and it is integrated with SAP CRM, but in IT department we are interested to use the same BCM installation integrated with our Service Desk ITSM Remedy, like in the sales department.

I have two questions:

  • Q1. Is possible to use the same installation without merge the data of the Sales department and IT department, I mean multitenant functionality for the two department?

  • Q2. Is possible integrate Service Desk Remedy with SAP BCM Contact Center like this integrate with the SAP CRM?
