Issue ON SYNC in Round Manager 'EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION'

Hi Experts,

We are facing a issue when user after change of data in Round Manager 2.3.Taps on SYNC button it gives error in transmit as

Logging <ID> into <Server name>
Logged in
Sending client info
Server error - please contact your administrator (13)
Logging <ID> out

In log files i found error is because of below mentioned exception


EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION, 0000000180050900, 0, R, FFFFFFFFFFFFFFF4, agent\ChickamingUser.cpp#2353:ChickamingUser::needsConfigUpdate.

i had also gone through some post on this error. It wil be great if fot exact answer for this.

    The error can happen when the application version the client has it not loaded by the server.

    The only ways to get past this error, is:

    1) Make sure the version of the application the Client is using is on the server.

    2) Clear the client so it can get a new application version.
