how to delete cache for cache mode 'blob/cluster added'

Hi expert,

I run a bex query getting the result of a key figure, which is different from what I get on backend of infocube, so I suppect report get data from cache , which is not synchronized with backend. cache mode for query is 'blob/cluster added', could you please tell how to delete this cache?
