Hi dear BPC experts,
I am using BPC 10 for NW, and facing an issue which only occurs in one report.
When I check "PERIOD" property on time dimension for member 2015.N1, it shows the correct value "TOTAL".
However, when I open this particular report, it gets wrongly configured.
I check then the same member property through "EPMMemberProperty formula in excel, and it displays the value "YEAR" (which is rather odd, since that's the value for another property of that same member).
Has anyone already faced this issue? Can you please help?
Many thanks,
AB.
Hi Andre,
I have faced the similar issue and issue is resolved by following below steps.
Cache has to be cleared.
Run the Tcode SE38 and execute the below programs:
UJXO_CLEAN_CACHE
UJXO_CLEAN_DIM_CACHE
UJXO_CLEAN_TDH_DIM_CACHE
Vadim,
I have the same SP18 (with no Patch). The language is not the same (spanish vs portuguese).
I'll update my EPM version to 19 and check if the problem is solved. Neverthless, I find it strange, since it only happens in this specific report, others work just fine.
Thank you,
AB.
Andy, Vadim,
Thank you for your quick responses.
You can see here the dimension configuration:
And the difference in excel:
@ Vadim, I don't think so, because it has never happened before, I have very similar input schedules on this model and none of them have the same problem. Plus, I am just using the EPMMemberProperty formula to check the difference above. I use, in my report, property filters which should work (they work on other models and reports), but not on this specific report.
I think he's looking at "LEVEL" property, which actually has that value on the member.
Any thoughts?
Many thanks,
AB
Hi Lucas,
Thanks, I've already done that and surely will test it. However, our client users are the company directors' themselves, and we cannot allow the possibility of asking them to delete a folder 😊
Found a workaround by deriving the time dimension through some hidden cells on the report, not the cleanest solution, but it'll work.
Thank you all for your help!
Best regards,
AB.
