HU printout in VL01N and VT01N

Hi,

My requirement is to print HU output type ZZZZ during transportation step shipment completion.

Initial setup was done as follows:

VV63 - print when saving transaction

Via activity profile for shipping type: variant defines to print ZZZZ when shipment is complete

Result: ZZZZ was printed both during VL01N and VT01N

Changed config:

VV63 - print with application on transaction

Via activity profile for shipping type: variant defines to print ZZZZ when shipment is complete

Result: ZZZZ is not automatically printed at all

Can we meet the requirement with standard functionality?

Or do we need to specify a print requirement (to add in the output determination procedure) telling the system not to print in case of delivery / only to print in the case transport?

      Mmm.. I am not sure if I have understood you but if you change from:

      "Printing when saving transaction"

      to

      "Print with application or transaction"

      Then I would expect the system not to print automatically.

      In that case you should go to transaction VT70 and trigger it from that report.

      Just need to check that you have an output type determined in the shipment output types (which should be in yellow - ready to be printed).
