hello All,

Here Assigned to Internal Order:

The Internal Order status is released and it is real order. There is also a check for revenue postings too.

There is no assignment in OKB9 for the cost element to cost center and as well in cost element master data. (Cost element category is 1)

Why the amount is still posting to Cost Center.

Kindly Help me.

Hi

As you have defaulted CO assignment you need not to define any further assignment as real object then Cost center will be taken in priority.

I think that may be the reason in this case..pl try without any further assignment during doc posting

Hi

   I have few quires:

      1. Have you manually entered cost center during that particular line item entry..?

      2. If there are two real co obj system will always pick cost center in priority

Hi Suresh,

Check any substitution defined in GGB1 for the cost element. And also check the field status of the order for the GL account.

Hi Suresh,

Cost center can be derive through substitution.

you can check in tcodes: OKC9 or GGB1

Find here line item level settings for default account assignment.

Hi,

the internal order can be removed and the cost center can be added via substitution rule (check GGB1), or maybe in some exit/BTE,..
