Mobile Inventory Management on Handheld Device

Dear All,

We are trying to access mobile inventory management on handheld device but we are getting the below error.

Device - Intermec

Error - your browser or program is not supported by webdynpro

Link - hostname:50200/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/is~isr~srs~men~app/MainApp

Can any one please help.?

Hi,

On the Intermec device, which browser are you using? Stock? 3rd party?

In the options, under the agent settings, don't choose mobile, choose "Auto", close browser, and try once again.

Thanks Ion.. it is working now. But is dead slow. We are using the default browser of the intermec.

Hi, and glad to hear you are online

With regards to the performance of the application, there are lots of factors at play, such as the device, the quality of the network, infrastructure, etc.

If you think that the poor performance is due to the application itself, then I would suggest to log a ticket with AGS in order for a more detailed analysis. Alternatively, you can try to reach out to the SCN community directly, perhaps requesting help from someone like Sam Ghasemi.

Hello Ion, Quick question regarding Mobile MIM, we are doing a Goods Movement “Article to Article Transfer” but in “Rec Art” field there is no option to search for an article, in the event that the user does not have the article to scan OR does not have the Article Number  there is no help for the user to search for the article.

F8 Val HI button” is issuing an error saying there is not value help available.

Is it something that need to be refreshed to get that search help available?
