IDOC --> how to filter IDOC based on user ID

Dear All,

    After generating the IDOC, how to filter the IDOC based on user name.

Means multiple user's  created the IDOC in multiple region and  then how to identify the IDOC number's which created by particular user.In standard itself is there any option to check the same.

You can check the table EDIDS Field : UNAME (For the latest stats update)

or

Using the tranasction WE09 and filter the IDOC field which has the username

   End user's dont have authorization for tables.

Can you please explain me in WE09 where we can see the user name field.

Hi Sharanaya,

I'm not sure if WE09 will directly cater your requirement , some IDOC's has the created by / changed by username attached to the main segment.

Example : CREAMS05 IDOC has a field called ERNAM in segment E1LFA1M using WE09 filtering options you can filter using the fields as below.

it depends on your IDOC message type whether if these fields are available
