Lots of standard document available on this on ASAP methodology. Better you can go through with those. and i am totally agree with Craig as different business has different requirement so its not fixed to give you the details.

This is way to broad a question a for a technical forum such as this and is not really QM specific.  What research have you done on this?  Have you looked at the SAP ASAP methodology?

We also discourage sharing of project management documents as most of these are client specific and proprietary to the client.

I am of the mind to lock this topic.  I'll ask other members here if they feel this topic should be deleted or locked, or left as is..
