Creating TOs from technical storage bin

Hello guru,

I have a goods in storage bin which I will want move to another but background job create TOs for deliveries from that place. At this time I don`t know the final storage bin, so I cannot create final TO and goods is available for TOs. Is there some possibility to not create TOs for outbound deliveries from one exact storage bin by VL06P, but allow create TO in LT10 (LT01)?

I tried to use storage section but I cannot set any removal strategy for them like zone have for put away.

Can anybody give an advice?

A bit confusing. 

LT01 and LT10 is manual moving, so you should know to where you want move your stock before you execute this transaction.

If SAP would be able to give you a different bin then it either means that your strategy was changed or your stock was stored in a bin that does not match with the strategy.

Of course you can only move the portion that is not included in a picking request. Why would you need to move the other portion too? Just confirm the TOs and the stock moves to the 916 storage type is gone from your bin.
