Notification when ever reservation is created for materials.

Dear Expert,

Since procurement activity is happening through Ariba they are not carrying out MRP for material type - spares.

So wen ever i am assigning some spares to the work order automatically reservation will be created.

Now the requirement is an notification has to be triggered to the engineering stores team for carrying out the procurement activity.

so please give me some input on this. Is there any std work flow.
