I've added the Request Start field as shown in my ZMAD document below.
I'd like to add the following, but I don't see any obvious fields available to add when using the configuration tool.
Duration - (calculated from Requested Start and Requested End)
Downtime Flag - This would be very useful to indicate if downtime is required for the admin change.
Has anyone done something similar?

Hi Roy,
Requested start is the label for VALID_FROM
Request end is the lable for VALID_TO
If we search change document with criteria "Request End", this criteria acutally means "Valid To", that means if you search specifying "Request End" equals "12.07.2012", in the background we will generate search condition:
CRMD_ORDER_INDEX~TEMPLATE_TYPE_IX = '' AND
CRMD_ORDER_INDEX~DATE_2 <= '20120712215959 ' AND......
So the change document request end date before "12.07.2012" also searched out.
So, the operator can have only value "is" as you need to used both field Requested start- Requested end to specify the time frame you are looking for.
