Hi All,
I have been able to create several publications with dynamic recipient lists created in Crystal Report for Enterprise, but when trying a new one recently I keep getting the error pictured below when loading the CR into the publication. We have been through all of the steps in the "Verify on First Refresh for Crystal Report for Enterprise Explained" PDF instructions and also someone on here recommended the work around of scheduling the report and then it worked for them, but for us this keeps popping up. Any other ideas?
Thank you,
Erin
FOUND IT!!! I went back to this answer from another blogger, but I was doing it wrong the first time. Specifically for this to work for me I had to schedule the CR to my BI Inbox and save that copy of the report and use that one as the Dynamic Recipient list and it finally went through! Thank you Alex wherever you are!

Hi @all,
I've found a little workaround:
If I schedule the CR4E and open the report after the run, I'll be able to open the Crystal Report...
Best Regards,
Alex

Ok stupid question, but since I did not create the crystal report and the person who did said in CR 2011 there was a verify button or something, is there one in CR Enterprise? If so can someone send me a screen shot of where it is?

Hi Erin,
I found a note SAP 1916211 - Error: CR Data Provider: Please check that 'User same database logon as when report is run...
But the note does not mention whether there was an ADAPT for this issue.
If you are on a lower Support Package as mentioned in the note, you would need to update the same. Else raise a support case with AGS and identify whether the issue is a bug in the same support package.
