Mobility Premium figures not correct


Hi All,

It has been the second time that the information of trips relevant for mobility premium which I performed after the migration to the cloud have vanished . That is quite irritating. I will make sure to check it on a daily basis in January as it would be quite annoying if the payout would not happen. I opened an incident last time and it got resolved. But now it's the second time. I find that rather strange. Has anybody ever encountered the same issue?
